LA ACTIVIDAD DE LA ENZIMA SE CUANTIFICA TRANSFORMANDO UNA CANTIDAD SUSTANCIAL DE SUSTRATO CROMOGENICO DE UN CROMOGENO SOLUBLE A UNO INSOLUBLE EN LA FASE MOVIL, DONDE SE INMOVILIZA EL CROMOFORO INSOLUBLE EN EL TEST QUE PRODUCE UNA COLUMNA DE COLOR. LA LONGITUD E INTENSIDAD DE LA COLUMNA DE COLOR QUEDA REGISTRADA LA ACTIVIDAD DE LA ENZIMA. ESTE INVENTO ES UTIL PARA LA DETERMINACION DIRECTA DE LA ENZIMA Y LA DETERMINACION INDIRECTA DE LOS ANALITOS QUE FORMAN PARTE DE LA ENZIMA.
