SEGUN ESTE PROCESO SE PREPARA UN DERIVADO SILILADO DE UN CONOCIDO O DE UN PEPTIDO QUE SE ACTIVA POR UNA SAL COMPLEJA DE CLOROCAMONIO, UNA SAL COMPLEJA DE HALOGENURO O DE OXIHALOGENURO DE FOSFORO O UNA SAL COMPLEJA DE HALOGENURO DE OXALILO. A CONSTINUACION SE CONDENSA EL PEPTIDO ACTIVADO CON UN AMINOACIDO O UN PEPTIDO N-SILILADO CUYA FUNCION ACIDO ESTA PROTEGIDA.
