EL SISTEMA DE CODIFICACION DE SEÑALES DE AUDIO DE BAJO RETARDO, QUE UTILIZA TECNICAS DE ANALISIS POR SINTESIS, CONSTA DE ELEMENTOS (AFC, AFD) PARA ADAPTAR LOS PARAMETROS ESPECTRALES Y EL ORDEN DE PREDICCION DE LOS FILTROS DE SINTESIS (SYC, SYD) DEL CODIFICADOR (CDA, CDB) Y DECODIFICADOR (DA, DB) Y LOS FILTROS DE PONDERACION PERCEPTUAL (FP) DEL CODIFICADOR EN CADA UNA IMAGEN, EMPEZANDO POR LA SEÑAL RECONSTRUIDA RELACIONADA CON LA IMAGEN PREVIA. EN EL CASO DE UN CODIFICADOR CELP, TAMBIEN HAY ELEMENTOS (AGC, AGD) PARA ADAPTAR, EMPEZANDO POR LA SEÑAL RECONSTRUIDA, UN FACTOR, ENLAZADO A ENERGIA MEDIA DE LA SEÑAL DE ENTRADA, DE LA GANANCIA MEDIANTE LA CUAL SE PONDERAN LOS VECTORES DE INNOVACION.
