EL PROCEDIMIENTO COMPRENDE: EXTRAER LA PLANTA SAMBUCUS NIGRA L., FILTRAR EL EXTRACTO LIQUIDO Y CENTRIFUGARLO; SOMETER EL FLUIDO SOBRENADANTE A CROMATOGRAFIA DE AFINIDAD RECOGIENDO LA FRACCION PROTEINICA LA CUAL SE DIALIZA, LIOFILIZA Y REDISUELVE PARA SOMETERLA A OTRA CROMATOGRAFIA DE AFINIDAD PARA OBTENER LA PROTEINA DESEADA.
