UN CONMUTADOR DE FIBRAS OPTICAS LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN CONMUTADOR DE FIBRAS OPTICAS QUE PERMITE QUE UNA O MAS DE UN NUMERO N DE OPTOFIBRAS DE ENTRADA QUEDE CONECTADA SELECTIVAMENTE A UN NUMERO M CORRESPONDIENTE DE OPTOFIBRAS DE SALIDA. SEGUN LA INVENCION, EL CONMUTADOR INCLUYE UN BLOQUE MATRIZ (1) QUE TIENE DISPOSITIVOS DE TRANSMISION DE LUZ (2) QUE SE EXTIENDEN EN UN NUMERO N DE FILAS Y UN NUMERO M DE COLUMNAS ENTRE UN LADO DE ENTRADA Y UN LADO DE SALIDA. EN EL LADO DE ENTRADA, LAS FIBRAS OPTICAS ENTRANTES (3) SE PUEDEN DESPLAZAR LINEALMENTE A LO LARGO DE UNA FILA CORRESPONDIENTE DE LAS FILAS DE LOS DISPOSITIVOS DE TRANSMISION DE LUZ (2) Y LAS FIBRAS OPTICAS SALIENTES (6) QUE SE ENCUENTRAN EN EL LADO DE SALIDA SE PUEDEN DESPLAZAR LINEALMENTE A LO LARGO DE UNA COLUMNA CORRESPONDIENTE DE LAS COLUMNAS DE LOS DISPOSITIVOS TRANSMISORES DE LUZ (2).
