SE CARGAN LAS REJILLAS FLOTANTES DE ESTOS TRANSISTORES DE UNA MANERA DIFERENTE DE MANERA QUE EL CIRCUITO REACCIONE EN FUNCION DEL VALOR DE LA DIFERENCIA DE ESTAS CARGAS. SE MUESTRA ENTONCES QUE ESTA REACCION ES INDEPENDIENTE, POR UNA PARTE DEL PROCESO DE FABRICACION DEL CIRCUITO INTEGRADO, Y POR OTRA PARTE DE LAS CONDICIONES DE FUNCIONAMIENTO EN TEMPERATURA O EN TENSION DE ALIMENTACION.
