SE SUMINISTRA UN METODO EN EL CUAL SE SEPARA LA BETAINA DE MELAZAS DE REMOLACHA USANDO UN SISTEMA DE LECHO CROMATOGRAFICO DE MOVIMIENTO SIMULADO QUE TIENE AL MENOS TRES COLUMNAS CROMATOGRAFICAS CONECTADAS EN SERIE. LA BETAINA SE OBTIENE DURANTE EL MISMO CICLO COMO SACAROSA Y EL RESTO DE LAS MELAZAS COMO UNA FRACCION TERCERA. EL METODO COMPRENDE UN PASO DE ALIMENTACION DE LAS MELAZAS Y DE AGUA DE FORMA SUBSTANCIALMENTE SIMULTANEA, AL MENOS UN PASO DE ALIMENTACION DE AGUA, UN PASO DE CIRCULACION Y OBTENCION DE SACAROSA, BETAINA Y LAS FRACCIONES DE MELAZA RESTANTES A PARTIR DE LAS COLUMNAS SELECCIONADAS.
