EN EL PROCESO DE ESMERILADO TOSCO, SE USA UNA HERRAMIENTA DE UN ELECTRODO (14) QUE TIENE UN TEJIDO DE NYLON SIN TRAMA ENROLLADO ALREDEDOR DE UN ELECTRODO DE NUCLEO (15), MEDIANTE EL CUAL SE APLICA UN ESMERILADO ELECTROLITICO A LA SUPERFICIE INTERIOR DE UN TUBO DE PEQUEÑO DIAMETRO (10) CON UNA PEQUEÑA CORRIENTE SUMINISTRADA A TRAVES DE UNA SOLUCION ELECTROLITICA Y SE CONTINUA HASTA QUE LAS RUGOSIDADES DE LA SUPERFICIE INTERIOR DEL TUBO SEAN REBAJADAS HASTA 0.5 MUM O INFERIOR MIENTRAS SE HACEN GIRAR LA HERRAMIENTA DEL ELECTRODO (14) Y EL TUBO (10) EN RELACION UNO A OTRO Y DE FORMA RECIPROCA EN LA DIRECCION AXIAL.
