PREFERIBLEMENTE, DICHA EXPRESION SE REALIZA EN HONGOS FILAMENTOSOS, ESPECIALMENTE DEL TIPO GRAS, Y PARTICULARMENTE DE LAS ESPECIES CVAPENICILLIUM ROQUEFORTII, ASPERGILLUS NIGER Y CVAASPERGILLUS NIGER VARIANTE CVAAWAMORI.
