EL REACTIVO SE ADHIERE AL SOPORTE UTILIZANDO UN ADHESIVO INSOLUBLE AL AGUA QUE COMPRENDE UN SEGUNDO POLIMERO QUE TIENE UNA TEMPERATURA DE TRANSICION VITREA QUE ES AL MENOS 30 (GRADOS) C MENOR QUE LA TEMPERATURA DE TRANSICION VITREA DEL PRIMER POLIMERO.
