Abstract
LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN ACERO AUSTENITICO QUE POSEE UNA RESISTENCIA MEJORADA A ALTA TEMPERATURA, ASI COMO UN PROCESO PARA LA OBTENCION DE TAL ACERO. EL OBJETIVO DE LA INVENCION ES PROPORCIONAR UN ACERO QUE PRESENTA A LA VEZ CARACTERISTICAS MECANICAS APROPIADAS ASOCIADAS A UNA MEJOR RESISTENCIA A LOS AGENTES CORROSIVOS, ASI COMO UN PROCESO PARA LA OBTENCION DE DICHO ACERO Y LA REALIZACION DE PIEZAS MECANICAS. ESTE OBJETIVO SE ALCANZA CON LA AYUDA DE UN ACERO AUSTENITICO CARACTERIZADO PORQUE COMPRENDE EN PARTICULAR (% EN PESO): ENIDO DE CARBONO INFERIOR A 0,4% IOR A 22% EL GRUPO CONSTITUIDO POR NIOBIO, TITANIO, TUNGSTENO, MOLIBDENO Y VANADIO, CUYO CONTENIDO ES INFERIOR A 2,5% NITROGENO AL EL EQUILIBRIO DEL CONJUNTO DE LOS COMPONENTES QUE LA ESTRUCTURA AUSTENITICA OBTENIDA SEA TOTALMENTE MONOFASICA. EL PROCESO SEGUN LA INVENCION SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE CONSISTE EN REALIZAR SOBRE UN ACERO AUSTENITICO DE COMPOSICION ANTERIORMENTE CITADA, UNA DISOLUCION DE LOS COMPONENTES A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 1000 Y 1230 C SEGUIDO DE UN ENFRIAMIENTO RAPIDO. PUEDE CONSISTIR ADEMAS EN REALIZAR UN TRATAMIENTO DE ESTABILIZACION DE LA ESTRUCTURA A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 720 Y 860 C DURANTE 1 A 50 HORAS.
