Abstract

UN PROCESO DE DECOLORACION DE PULPA DE MADERA DE GRAN EFICACIA PARA PRODUCIR PULPAS DE MADERA CON UN BRILLO MAYOR UTILIZANDO LA MISMA DOSIS DE DIOXIDO DE CLORO O DE UN BRILLO IGUAL UTILIZANDO UNA DOSIS SIGNIFICANTEMENTE REDUCIDA DE DIOXIDO DE CLORO. EL PROCESO COMPRENDE EL SOMETER A REACCION EL DIOXIDO DE CLORO CON PULPA DE MADERA EN UN PH DE 5-10 DURANTE ALREDEDOR DE 5-40 MINUTOS Y DESPUES ACIDIFICAR LA MEZCLA A UN PH DE ALREDEDOR DE 1.9-4.2. DESPUES SE PERMITE A LA MEZCLA QUE REACCIONE DURANTE ALREDEDOR DE 2 HORAS O MAS PARA COMPLETAR EL PROCESO DE DECOLORACION DE DOS PASOS DE PH ALTO/BAJO.A HIGHLY EFFECTIVE WOODEN PULP DECOLORATION PROCESS FOR PRODUCING WOODEN PULP WITH A GREATER BRIGHTNESS USING THE SAME DOSE OF CHLORINE DIOXIDE OR A SAME BRIGHTNESS USING A SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED DOSE OF CHLORINE DIOXIDE. THE PROCESS INCLUDES SUBMITTING TO REACTION THE CHLORINE DIOXIDE WITH WOOD PULP IN A PH OF 5-10 DURING AROUND 5-40 MINUTES AND THEN ACIDIFYING THE MIXTURE TO A PH OF AROUND 1.9-4.2. THEN THE MIXTURE IS ALLOWED TO REACT FOR AROUND 2 HOURS OR MORE TO COMPLETE THE HIGH / LOW PH TWO-STEP DECOLORATION PROCESS.
