ESTA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN METODO PARA SINTETIZAR UN LIPIDO REACTIVO PURO QUE INCLUYE, POR EJEMPLO, N-[4-(P-MALE-IMIDOFENIL)-BUTIRIL] FOSFATIDILETALNAMINA (MPB-PE) Y COMPOSICIONES SIMILARES. LAS COMPOSICIONES DE ESTA INVENCION SON UTILES COMO AGENTES ACOPLANTES Y PUEDEN SER INCORPORADOS EN LIPOSOMAS Y ACABADOS SUBSECUENTEMENTE EN PROTEINAS, CO-FACTORES Y EN UN NUMERO DE OTRAS MOLECULAS. UN METODO DE ACOPLAMIENTO PREFERIDO TAMBIEN SE DESCRIBE, COMO TAMBIEN LO SON LAS PROTEINAS CONJUGADAS. EN OTRA DISPOSICION DE ESTA INVENCION, TAMBIEN SE REFIERE A UN METODO GENERAL PARA PRODUCIR CONJUGADOS CRECIDOS PROTEINA-LIPOSOMA QUE POTENCIAN LA CIRCULACION DE LA SANGRE.
