UNA UNIDAD DE CONTROL (ECU1) DEL APARATO (POR EJEMPLO UN DISPOSITIVO DECODIFICADOR) RECIBE DESDE UNA UNIDAD DE CONTROL (ECU2) DE LA TARJETA ELECTRONICA CONECTADA AL APARATO, UNA SEÑAL QUE DETERMINA EL VALOR DE UNA TENSION DE ACTIVACION. EN BASE A DICHA SEÑAL, LA UNIDAD DE CONTROL DEL APARATO ACTIVA OTRAS ETAPAS (3, 5), QUE SUMINISTRAN LA TENSION DE ACTIVACION NECESARIA PARA LA TARJETA ELECTRONICA. EL SISTEMA DE LA INVENCION SE UTILIZA PREFERENTEMENTE PARA DECODIFICAR SEÑALES DE VIDEO (TV DE PAGO).
