PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA LIXIVIACION CONTROLADA DE BIOXIDO DE MANGANESO NATURAL UTILIZANDO EL ACIDO CLORHIDRICO, EN UN NUEVO PROCEDIMIENTO DE EXTRACCION Y RECUPERACION DE LA MATERIA NOCIVA DEL BIOXIDO DE MANGANESO NATURAL (BMN) UTILIZANDO UNA SOLUCION DEL ACIDO CLORHIDRICO COMO AGENTE DE LIXIVIACION, PROCEDIMIENTO QUE SE REALIZA EN UNA SECUENCIA DE EQUIPOS CUYOS DISPOSITIVOS DE CONTROL ESTAN CALIBRADOS DE MANERA QUE LA MEZCLA CONTENIDA EN LA MAQUINA DE LIXIVIAR TENGA UNA DENSIDAD DE PRODUCTO MOLIDO DEL 10%-40% EN PESO, UNA CONCENTRACION DEL ACIDO CLORHIDRICO DE ENTRE EL 9% Y EL 25% EN PESO, UNA TEMPERATURA DE ENTRE 80C Y 95C Y UN TIEMPO DE LIXIVIACION DE ENTRE 10 Y 60 MINUTOS RESULTANTE DE LA INTERACCION DE CIERTOS VALORES, ESTANDO LIMITADAS ESTAS VARIABLES, MIENTRAS QUE LA CANTIDAD DE MATERIA NOCIVA Y DE MNO2 QUE SE HA DE EXTRAER Y RECUPERAR SEGUN LOS RESULTADOS PREVISTOS SEA DEFINIDA.
