LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA, CON CAPACIDAD DE EMPOBRECIMIENTO, INTRAVENOSA DE UNA SAL SOLUBLE EN AGUA, TOLERABLE FISIOLOGICAMENTE DE SULFAMETROL Y DE TRIMETHOPRIM, EN DONDE SE AÑADEN ACIDO MALICO, L-SERIN Y/O L-TREONIN COMO DISTRIBUIDORES DE SOLUCION Y MOSTRANDO UN VALOR DE PH DE 6,4 7,2, CON PREFERENCIA DE 6,5 Y EVENTUALMENTE EL ACIDO MALICO PRESENTE FORMA UNA SAL SOLUBLE EN AGUA Y EN UNA CANTIDAD EQUIMOLAR CON LA CANTIDAD DE LA SULFONAMIDA. ASI COMO EN CASO DE LA UTILIZACION DE ACIDO MALICO COMO DISTRIBUIDOR DE SOLUCION, SE ENCUENTRA PRESENTE ADEMAS EN UNA CANTIDAD DE 2 MOL POR CADA MOL DE ACIDO MALICO. PARA SU ELABORACION SE PREPARA PRIMERO UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE SALES REACTIVAS NEUTRAS DEL SULFAMETROL Y DE ACIDOS ACTIVOS EN LAS DISTRIBUCION DE SOLUCION, EN DONDE SE INTRODUCE EL TRIMETHOPRIM Y SE DISUELVE, AJUSTANDOSE A CONTINUACION EL VALOR DE PH.
