EN UN METODO PREFERIDO, SE EXPONE EL ACIDO NUCLEICO BLANCO DE LA MUESTRA A UN POLIMERO DE CAPTURA POLINUCLEOTIDA QUE TIENE MULTIPLES SECUENCIAS OLIGONUCLEOTIDAS COMPLEMENTARIAS A LAS SECUENCIAS EN EL BLANCO.
