Abstract
LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UNA ESTACION DE DOBLADO DE PRENSA PARA EL DOBLADO DE PANELES DE VIDRIO EN LA GUIA DE TRACCION DE FABRICACION AUTOMATICA DE CRISTALES DE AUTOMOVIL DENTRO DE DIMENSIONES DADAS PREVIAMENTE, EN DONDE LOS PANELES DE VIDRIO A SER DOBLADOS SE CALIENTAN EN UN HORNO DE DESARROLLO SOBRE UNA TEMPERATURA DE DOBLADO DADA PREVIAMENTE Y DE FORMA INMEDIATA DESPUES DE ABANDONAR EL HORNO DE DESARROLLO SE INTRODUCEN CON LA AYUDA DE UN TRANSPORTADOR HORIZONTAL EN LA ESTACION DE DOBLADO DE PRENSA. EL PUNZON DE PRENSADO MUESTRA CANALES DE CALENTAMIENTO PARA EL CALENTAMIENTO DE FLUIDO CON LA AYUDA DE UN SOPORTE TERMICO LIQUIDO Y ES CALENTABLE CON LA DISTRIBUCION DE TEMPERATURA HOMOGENEA SUFICIENTE SOBRE UNA TEMPERATURA DE DILATACION TERMICA QUE SE ENCUENTRA POR DEBAJO DE LA TEMPERATURA DE DOBLADO. LA TEMPERATURA DEL PUNZON DE DOBLADO ESREGULABLE Y CONTROLABLE POR MEDIO DE LA CORRIENTE DEL SOPORTE TERMICO LIQUIDO. LA TEMPERATURA DE DILATACION TERMICA DEL PUNZON DE PRENSADO SE CONTROLA Y/O SE REGULA DE TAL MODO, QUE LA DILATACION TERMICA ESPECIFICA DEL PUNZON DE PRENSADO Y LA DILATACION TERMICA DEL PANEL DE VIDRIO A SER DOBLADO, COLOCADO CON TEMPERATURA DE DOBLADO DE FORMA CENTRICA SOBRE LA MATRIZ DE PRENSADO, PRACTICAMENTE COINCIDEN.
