LOS COMPONENTES LEÑOSOS, GRASAS, PEPTINAS Y OTRAS IMPUREZAS SON ELIMINADAS DE LAS FIBRAS DE LA BANDA MEDIANTE PROCESADO QUIMICO Y/O ELABORACION DE LA BANDA DE FIBRA, DE MODO QUE LA BANDA DE FIBRA ASI PROCESADA ES SECADA Y COLOCADA EN SECCIONES CORTAS. PARA FORMAR HACES DE FIBRA, ESTAS SECCIONES ESTAN PARCIALMENTE DESMENUZADAS O ABIERTAS. LOS HACES DE FIBRA SON CARDADOS CON UN CONTENIDO DE HUMEDAD REGULADA DE AL MENOS 10 % EN PESO Y SON ENSAMBLADAS DENTRO DE UNA BANDA DE FIBRA FINA.
