Abstract
LAS EMISIONES DE OXIDO NITROSO (N2O) SON REDUCIDAS EN UN REACTOR DE LECHO FLUIDIZADO UTILIZANDO COMBUSTION EN DOS ETAPAS. UNA ZONA INFERIOR DE LA SECCION DEL HORNO FUNCIONA BAJO CONDICIONES SUSTOIQUIOMETRICAS DE MODO QUE LA COMBUSTION EN LA ZONA INFERIOR ES INCOMPLETA, ASI SE INHIBE LA FORMACION DE N2O Y OXIDOS DE NITROGENO (NOX). UNA ZONA SUPERIOR DE LA SECCION DEL HORNO SE PONE EN FUNCIONAMIENTO BAJO CONDICIONES OXIDANTES PARA PROMOVER UNA COMBUSTION POSTERIOR.
