UN PROCESO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE VANCOMICINA SEGUN EL CUAL NO ES NECESARIA LA PREPARACION DE UN INTERMEDIO DE FOSFATO. EL PROCESO CONSISTE EN HACER PASAR UN CALDO DE VANCOMICINA A TRAVES DE UN ABSORBENTE ADECUADO Y A CONTINUACION HACER PASAR LA VANCOMICINA A TRAVES DE UN SEGUNDO ABSORBENTE CON LO QUE SE PRODUCE UNA VANCOMICINA PURIFICADA. A CONTINUACION SE CRISTALIZA LA VANCOMICINA PURIFICADA DE LA SOLUCION AÑADIENDO UNA SOLUCION BASE A LA VANCOMICINA PURIFICADA LO CUAL IMPARTE UN PH MAYOR DE 9,0 APROXIMADAMENTE A 9,5 APROXIMADAMENTE. LA VANCOMICINA CRISTALIZADA SE SEPARA DE LA SOLUCION, SE DISUELVE EN LA SOLUCION Y SE VUELVE A CRISTALIZAR AÑADIENDO UNA SOLUCION BASE QUE IMPARTE UN PH MAYOR DE 9,0 APROXIMADAMENTE A 9,5 APROXIMADAMENTE A LA SOLUCION DISUELTA. LA VANCOMICINA RECRISTALIZADA SE DISUELVE Y TITULA CON ACIDO CLORHIDRICO. EL .HCL DE LA VANCOMICINA SE PRECIPITA ENTONCES DE LA SOLUCION UTILIZANDO UN SOLVENTE ORGANICO.
