"PROCESSO PARA A PURIFICAçãO DA MESOTRIONA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para redução do nível de impurezas indesejáveis, o dito processo compreendendo as etapas de: (i) formação de uma solução de enolato de mesotriona em um solvente aquoso, (ii) realização de um ou mais processos de purificação, e (iii) cristalização da mesotriona tratada para fora da solução.
