Abstract
LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO DE TRATAMIENTO Y DE ACONDICIONAMIENTO DE EFLUENTES SOLIDOS O LIQUIDOS CARGADOS CON METALES PESADOS PARA SU INERCIA POR VITRIFICACION. EL OBJETIVO DE LA INVENCION ES REALIZAR UN PROCESO QUE PERMITA SEPARAR SELECTIVAMENTE DEL EFLUENTE, EL CLORO Y LOS METALES ALCALINOS O ALCALINOTERROSOS CON EL FIN DE VITRIFICAR LA FRACCION RESIDUAL TOXICA DEL EFLUENTE QUE CONTIENE LOS METALES PESADOS. ESTE OBJETIVO SE ALCANZA MEDIANTE UN PROCESO QUE CONSISTE EN: INTRODUCIR EL EFLUENTE A TRATAR, REDUCIDO QUIMICAMENTE EN UN APARATO DE EXTRACCION EN PRESENCIA DE UN SOLVENTE, Y DESPUES SE VUELVE A REEXTRAER LA SOLUCION ORGANICA CARGADA CON METALES PESADOS OBTENIDA CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA; - PRECIPITAR, LAVAR Y FILTRAR LA SOLUCION OBTENIDA; - Y VITRIFICAR EL PRECIPITADO OBTENIDO. LA INVENCION SE REFIERE MAS EN PARTICULAR AL TRATAMIENTO DE LOS EFLUENTES OBTENIDOS DEL TRATAMIENTO DE SUPERFICIE O DE LA INCINERACION DE LOS DESECHOS.
