SE PRESENTA UN PROCESO PARA PREPARAR UNA MEZCLA DE GRASAS QUE COMPRENDE PARCIALMENTE LA INTERESTERIFICACION DE UNA MEZCLA QUE COMPRENDE 20-90% DE UNA GRASA (A) Y 10-80% DE UNA GRASA (B) UTILIZANDO UN CATALIZADOR DE ENZIMAS HASTA UN GRADO DE CONVERSION DE 5-95%, EN DONDE LA GRASA (A) SE SELECCIONA ENTRE EL GRUPO QUE CONSTA DE GRASA LAURICA, ACEITE LIQUIDO Y MEZCLAS DE LOS MISMOS Y LA GRASA (B) ES UNA GRASA C{SUB, 16+} QUE TIENE PRINCIPALMENTE 16 O MAS ATOMOS DE CARBONO EN LAS CADENAS CONSTITUYENTES DEL ACIDO GRASO Y QUE TIENE AL MENOS 40% DE SAFA. TAMBIEN SE SUMINISTRAN UNA GRASA PARA MARGARINA QUE CONTIENE LA MEZCLA DE GRASAS Y CREMAS PARA UNTAR HECHAS CON LA MISMA.
