Abstract
El método comprende unir una sonda de DNA específica que se quiere detectar a un pocillo de una plaza microtiter, añadir el producto amplificado desnaturalizado, previamente marcado con dUTP y unido a moléculas de digoxigenina, añadir un anticuerpo antidigoxigenina marcado con una enzima que, en presencia de un sustrato adecuado da lugar a un producto de reacción coloreado, añadir un sustrato para dicha enzima que, tras la reacción, da, un producto coloreado, leer a la densidad óptica en la que el producto de la reacción presenta la máxima absorbancia, y evaluar el resultado comparando el valor de la absorbancia de un control negativo. En una realización particular, el método permite detectar la traslocación t(14; 18) que aparece en aproximadamente el 70% de los linfomas no-Hodgkin.
