EL ANTIGENO PERMANECE ASOCIADO CON EL ESPERMA HUMANO DESPUES DE LA REACCION ACROSOMATICA. EN PARTICULAR, PERMANECE ASOCIADO CON LAS MEMBRANAS ACROSIMALES INTERNA Y EXTERNA. LOS ANTIGENOS MODIFICADOS Y FRAGMENTADO DE LOS ANTERIORES PREPARADOS MEDIANTE TECNICAS DE MODIFICACION DE PROTEINAS SON TAMBIEN DESCRITOS, ASI COMO LOS METODOS PARA PURIFICAR Y UTILIZAR LOS ANTIGENOS.
