SE PROPORCIONA UN METODO PARA PRODUCIR UNA SECUENCIA DE ADN CODIFICADOR DE PROTEINA OSTEOGENICA HUMANA, OP-1, CON TECNICAS DE ADN RECOMBINADO. ESTA SECUENCIA SE EMPLEA EN LA PREPARACION DE BACULOVIRUS RECOMBINADO, QUE SE PUEDE USAR PARA INFECTAR CELULAS DE SPODOPTERA FRUGIPERDA. EL CULTIVO DE ESTAS CELULAS INFECTADAS PRODUCE PROTEINA OP-1 FISIOLOGICAMENTE ACTIVA, QUE SE PUEDE EMPLEAR PARA PRODUCIR COMPOSICIONES FARMACEUTICAS UTILES EN EL TRATAMIENTO DE ENFERMEDADES DE HUESO, ENFERMEDADES ORTOPEDICAS, DEFECTOS DE HUESO Y TRAUMAS. TAMBIEN SE PROPORCIONA UN BACULOVIRUS CON ADN CODIFICADOR DE OP-1 HUMANO Y CELULAS DE INSECTO INFECTADAS CON ESTE BACULOVIRUS RECOMBINADO.
