AL MENOS UNA PARTE DEL ENVASE SE COLOCA EN UN ESPACIO VACIO Y SE APLICA VACIO PARA ELIMINAR LOS GASES DEL ENVASE A TRAVES DEL HUECO. DESPUES DE LA EVACUACION DE LOS GASES EL ENVASE SE SELLA DE FORMA IMPERMEABLE AL AIRE.
