ESTE INVENTO CONCIERNE A LA DESESTABILIZACION METABOLICA DE UNA PROTEINA O PEPTIDO DE INTERES IN VIVO. LA PROTEINA O PEPTIDO DE INTERES CONTIENE UN SEGUNDO DETERMINANTE DE LA SEÑAL DE DEGRADACION BASADA EN REGLAS DE EXTREMO N. LOS METODOS DEL INVENTO COMPRENDEN CONTACTAR LA PROTEINA O PEPTIDO DE INTERES CON UNA PROTEINA O PEPTIDO OBJETIVO QUE INTERACCIONA ESPECIFICAMENTE CON LA PROTEINA O PEPTIDO DE INTERES. LA PROTEINA O PEPTIDO OBJETIVO CONTIENE UN ACIDO AMINO TERMINAL AMINO DESESTABILIZADOR DE ACUERDO CON LA REGLA DE EXTREMO N DE LA DEGRADACION DE PROTEINAS, PERO NO TIENE UN SEGUNDO DETERMINANTE DE LA SEÑAL DE DEGRADACION BASADA EN REGLAS DE EXTREMO N.
