SE DESCRIBE UN METODO PARA DISPERSAR FORMAS SOLIDAS DE ADITIVOS EN RESINAS POLIMERICAS QUE INCLUYE AÑADIR DISPERSIONES O SOLUCIONES DE ADITIVO(S) A UNA SOLUCION DE RESINA EN UN MEZCLADOR TUBULAR ( PREFERENTEMENTE EN PRESENCIA DE UN MEZCLADOR ESTACIONARIO). EL MEZCLADOR CONDUCE A LA FASE DE PRECIPITACION DE VAPOR DONDE TODOS LOS INGREDIENTES FLUIDOS EN LA MEZCLA SE VOLATIZAN DEJANDO EL ADITIVO SOLIDO Y LA RESINA EN LA PROPORCION DESEADA. ESTO PRODUCE UNA DISPERSION UNIFORME DE LOS ADITIVOS EN LA MATRIZ POLIMERICA. COMO RESULTADO DE LA GRAN DISPERSION, LAS PROPIEDADES FISICAS DEL POLIMERO SE PRESERVAN. EN UNA ILUSTRACION, SE AÑADE EL PTFE, COMO ADITIVO INHIBIDOR DE CHORREO, A LA RESINA DE POLICARBONATO PARA OBTENER UN CONCENTRADO DE PTFE ALTAMENTE DISPERSO COMO INHIBIDOR DE CHORREO MEJORADO SIN PERDIDA DE LAS PROPIEDADES MECANICAS.
