Abstract

Para crear un dispositivo en un máquina de fundición inyectada de zinc, compuesto de un casquillo-bebedero con un canal de paso para metal fundido líquido, a cuyo fin el casquillo-bebedero está encajado en un útil y soportado en éste y el canal de paso se encuentra en comunicación por una parte con un dispositivo para la alimentación del metal y por otra con un cavidad del útil, por el que es realizable una minimización del bebedero, siendo posible un ahorro de material y de tiempo más rápidos, se propone que el canal de paso del casquillo-bebedero (5), desde la boca de alimentación hasta poco antes de la desembocadura en la cavidad (1) esté constituido cilíndrico y a continuación presente una astricción (7) y siguiendo a ésta una dilatación (8) cónica que desemboca en la cavidad (1), el casquillo-bebedero (5) a través de casi toda la longitud de la configuración del canal (6) cilíndrico presente una calefacción eléctrica (9) y en la zona de la astricción (7) una zona de enfriamiento (11).Figura única.
