DICHO PROCEDIMIENTO COMPRENDE UN HIDROTRATAMIENTO SELECTIVO CORRESPONDIENTE A UNA HIDRODESULFURACION Y/O HIDRODESNITROGENACION Y/O HIDRODESHIDROXILACION Y/O HIDROGENACION DE LAS OLEFINAS LIMITANDO LA HIDROGENACION DEL NAFTALENO. EL CATALIZADOR EMPLEADO COMPRENDE UNA MATRIZ , AL MENOS UN METAL DEL GRUPO VIII, AL MENOS UN METAL DEL GRUPO VI Y, EVENTUALMENTE, FOSFORO. PRESENTA UNA SUPERFICIE ESPECIFICA DE MAS DE 220 M SUP,2 /G, UN VOLUMEN POROSO DE 0,35 - 0,7 ML/G Y UN DIAMETRO MEDIO DE POROS DE MAS DE 10 NM. EL PROCEDIMIENTO TIENE LUGAR A 150 - 325 C, BAJO 0,1 - 0,9 MPA, CON UNA VVH DE 0,05 - 10H SUP,1 , UNA RELACION H 2 /NAFTALENO DE 0,1 - 1,3 MOL/MOL. EL EFLUENTE DESPOJADO DE H 2 /S, DE NH 3 Y DE AGUA, SE SOMETE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE SEPARACION DEL NAFTALENO POR DESTILACION O, PREFERENTEMENTE, POR CRISTALIZACION. ASIMISMO, UN RECICLAJE DE LA TETRALINA SEPARADA HACIA EL HIDROTRATAMIENTO, PERMITE AUMENTAR NOTABLEMENTE ELRENDIMIENTO EN NAFTALENO. EN ESTE CASO, LA RELACION PONDERAL TETRALINA/NAFTALENO A LA ENTRADA DEL REACTOR ESTA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 0,005 Y 0,08.
