Abstract

A method for strengthening an antitumor activity by roasting a polysaccharide or mushroom containing b -glucan by far infrared rays, then, fermenting by adding "Koji", and further making an oily agent. Also claimed is a method of evaluating the efficacy of the drug by an in vitro method based on lipid peroxidation.
