Abstract
Un método para la producción sin presión de polvo de estañosoldadura, particularmente de partículas metálicas nas esféricas en un intervalo de tamano de grano de 1 a 100 m y con una temperatura líquida <250 C a partir de la soldadura masiva, por lo que la soldadura existe en un recipiente que funde en un aceite el cual permanece establece a alta temperatura y se dispersa subsecuentemente, por lo que la relación de densidad soldadura/aceite es 2.5, caracterizado porque comprende las siguientes etapas: a) alimentación por gravedad de la soldadura fundida dentro de un recipiente de aceite adicional mientras se ajusta una relación de volumen de aceite respecto a soldadura fundida, de por lo menos 10:1, b) dispersar la soldadura licuada a través de corte de agitación y mecánica en etapas de corte consecutivas de acuerdo con el principio de rotor-estator a velocidades rotacionales de 1500 a 5000 rpm, mientras se agrega aceite desde el recipiente de la etapa a), c) hacer recircular la mezcla de soldadura/aceite de la etapa b) por lo menos 20 veces en un circuito contra la dirección de flujo a través del recipiente de la etapa a) y las etapas de corte, por lo que debido al control de la velocidad periférica, el número de etapas en la geometría del rotor, se establece la distribución de tamano de partículas del material dispersado, d) descargar la mezcla de soldadura/aceite del circuito de la etapa c) en un recipiente adicional para la separación del material dispersado a través de la sedimentación y retorno del aceite al recipiente de la etapa b) o a)oambos,y e) remover el material dispersado de la etapa d) para limpieza.
