Abstract
Un método para la fabricación de un conjunto espaciador, que comprende: laminar con rodillos una porción de metal en láminas (50) en una configuración tubular, de tal manera que los dos bordes opuestos (62, 74) de dicha porción de metal en láminas se disponen en relación adyacente paralela, estando provista dicha configuración tubular con una pluralidad de proyecciones (56) formadas en una tercera porción de borde (54) de dicho metal en láminas; colocar dicha porción de metal en láminas laminada con rodillos y un elemento de base de metal (16), al que debe soldarse dicha porción laminada con rodillo de metal en láminas, en un aparato de soldadura de descarga que tiene una pareja de electrodos (80, 82), de tal manera que las proyecciones de dicha porción de metal en láminas laminada con rodillos se ponen en contacto con una superficie de dicho elemento de base de metal; proporcionar una fuerza para que las proyecciones sean dispuestas en acoplamiento forzado con la superficie de dicho elemento de base de metal; y suministrar una corriente eléctrica entre la pareja de electrodos (80, 82) y a través de dicha porción de metal en láminas laminada con rodillos y dicho elemento de base de metal para permitir que las proyecciones alcancen una etapa de metal fundido y se solidifiquen posteriormente, de tal manera que la porción de metal en láminas laminada con rodillos es soldada a dicho elemento de base de metal (16), estando caracterizado el método por la formación de la pluralidad de proyecciones (56) a lo largo de dicha porción de borde del metal en láminas (50) antes de la laminación con rodillos en dicha configuración tubular y donde dichos bordes adyacentes paralelos opuestos (62, 74) no están soldados entre sí.
