SE OBTIENE DIISOCIANATO DE TOLUILENO POR NITRIFICACION DE TOLUOL PARA DAR DINITROTOLUOL, HIDROGENACION DEL DINITROTOLUOL, OPCIONALMENTE EN PRESENCIA DE UN DISOLVENTE O DILUYENTE, PARA DAR UNA DISOLUCION BRUTA DE DIAMINA DE TOLUILENO Y AGUA DE REACCION, TRATAMIENTO DE LA DISOLUCION BRUTA DE DIAMINA DE TOLUILENO PARA OBTENER LA DIAMINA DE TOLUILENO SECA DE CALIDAD COMERCIAL Y FOSGENIZACION DE LA DIAMINA DE TOLUILENO PARA DAR EL DIISOCIANATO DE TOLUILENO, INTERRUMPIENDO EL TRATAMIENTO POR DESTILACION DE LA SOLUCION BRUTA DE DIAMINA DE TOLUILENO PARA DAR LA DIAMINA DE TOLUILENO SIN AGUA, OPCIONALMENTE DESPUES DE UNA SEPARACION COMPLETA O PARCIAL DE UN DISOLVENTE O DILUYENTE UTILIZADO EN UN PRIMER LUGAR DE PRODUCCION CON UN CONTENIDO EN AGUA DEL 1-40 % EN PESO, PREFERIBLEMENTE DE 2-10 % EN PESO; LA MEZCLA OBTENIDA SE TRASLADA EN FORMA LIQUIDA A OTRO LUGAR DE PRODUCCION, DONDE SE COMPLETA EL SECADO POR DESTILACION DE LA DIAMINA DE TOLUILENO, OPCIONALMENTE SE PUEDEN AÑADIR OTRAS ETAPAS DE TRATAMIENTO, Y DESPUES LA DIAMINA DE TOLUILENO SE FOSGENIZA DE MANERA CONOCIDA PARA DAR DIISOCIANATO DE TOLUILENO. LA INVENCION TAMBIEN TRATA DE MEZCLAS DE DIAMINA DE TOLUILENO Y AGUA CON UN PUNTO DE SOLIDIFICACION DE COMO MUCHO 95 C Y SU UTILIZACION PARA LA OBTENCION DE DIISOCIANATO DE TOLUILENO, QUE SE REALIZA PREFERENTEMENTE EN UN SITIO, QUE ES DIFERENTE DEL SITIO DE OBTENCION DE LA MEZCLA DE DIAMINA DE TOLUILENO Y AGUA.
