Abstract

Un parche transdermal para la liberación de estradiol y al menos un agente progestógeno a través de la piel, que comprende o consiste en una lámina de respaldo exterior, una matriz y un forro protector, en donde a) el estradiol y el agente o agentes progestógenos están presentes en la matriz en una solución sobresaturada, b) la matriz contiene 1 a 4 % en peso de SiO2 activado y c) la matriz tiene un contenido de humedad de menos de 0, 7 % en peso.
