Abstract

Horno de tratamiento con sistema de doble circulación de gases. A partir de un cuerpo (1), alargado, rematado por sus extremos en una zona de carga (2) y en una zona de descarga (3), cuerpo (1) de longitud adecuada a la prevista para los perfiles a tratar térmicamente, con la colaboración de un equipo de combustión (4), el horno de la invención incorpora dicho equipo de combustión (4) implantado en un túnel de recirculación (5), superior, que se extiende entre ambos extremos (6 - 6'') del horno, donde a su vez se sitúan sendas clapetas (8 - 8'') y, en paralelo con ellas, respectivos ventiladores centrífugos (9 - 9''), de manera que a través de estos elementos de accionamiento alternativo, los gases calientes generados por el equipo de combustión (4) llegan alternativamente a uno y otro extremo de la cámara de tratamiento (7) en la que se alojan los perfiles, consiguiendo una perfecta homogeneidad térmica en dicha cámara.
