Abstract
Un condimento para pollos y carnes en general. Se describe un condimento, de especial aplicación a comidas preparadas a base de pollo y de carnes en general, elaborado mediante la confección de un compuesto constituido por una mezcla uniforme y homogénea, en condiciones ambientales, de ingredientes elegidos en el grupo consistente, principalmente, en sal común, orégano, pimienta negra, pimienta blanca, comino y tomillo, según diferentes cantidades proporcionales comprendidas en una gama predeterminada.
