Abstract

Procedimiento para accionar el circuito de aire y transportar la corriente de material en la carcasa de una quebrantadora de martillos durante la trituración de material viejo con los pasos de procedimiento - recepción continua del material viejo a triturar a través de una entrada de material en la carcasa, - trituración del material viejo por medio de un rotor montado de forma giratoria en la carcasa, equipado con herramientas y que genera un efecto de ventilador, - transporte de la corriente del material viejo triturado a través de una salida de material prevista en la carcasa superior con rejilla clasificadora superior, así como transporte de la corriente del material viejo triturado a través de una salida de material prevista en la carcasa inferior con rejilla clasificadora inferior en el interior de un circuito de aire interno, siendo desviada la corriente de aire generada como consecuencia del efecto de soplado del rotor (2), junto con la corriente clasificada del material viejo triturado que pasa por la rejilla clasificadora superior (4), mediante una tolva desviadora (8) y guiada verticalmente hacia abajo en un canal (6) delimitado por la carcasa (1), limpiándose esta corriente de material en la región de la rejilla clasificadora inferior (5) con la corriente aquí clasificada del material viejo triturado y con ello, por un lado, siendo guiada la corriente de aire a causa de la baja presión aquí imperante en el circuito ¿rejilla clasificadora inferior (5) ¿ cámara de trituración (7) ¿ rejilla clasificadora superior (4) ¿ canal (6)¿ y de esta forma repitiendo el circuito y, por otro lado, siendo guiada la corriente limpiada del material viejo triturado hasta un mecanismo (11) para el ulterior tratamiento, clasificación y/o transporte del mismo.
