LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE EN GENERAL A UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE AISLAMIENTO DE UNA PROTEINA VEGETAL DE LOS ISOFLAVONES-FITOESTROGENOS Y DE OBTENCION DE PROTEINAS VEGETALES QUE SE DEBEN UTILIZAR EN PRODUCTOS ALIMENTICIOS QUE TIENEN UN CONTENIDO REDUCIDO DE FITOESTROGENOS, DE MANGANESO Y/O NUCLEOTIDOS. ESTA INVENCION SE REFIERE MAS CONCRETAMENTE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE USO DE LA TECNICA DE CAMBIO DE IONES DESTINADA A LA EXTRACCION A PARTIR DE LAS PROTEINAS VEGETALES DE LOS FITOESTROGENOS, DEL MANGANESO O DE LOS NUCLEOTIDOS. SE PUEDE RETENER LUEGO PARA UN TRATAMIENTO ADICIONAL O BIEN LOS FITOESTROGENOS EXTRAIDOS DE ESTE MODO O BIEN, LA PROTEINA VEGETAL TRATADA DE ESTE MODO. LOS FITOESTROGENOS SON UTILES COMO PRODUCTOS FARMACEUTICOS. LA PROTEINA VEGETAL TRATADA ES UTIL EN LOS PRODUCTOS ALIMENTICIOS.
