Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención simultánea de 6-aminocapronitrilo y hexametilendiamina, partiendo de adipodinitrilo, que comprende las etapas a)hidrogenación de adipodinitrilo en presencia de un catalizador, el cual contiene como componente catalíticamente activo un elemento del octavo grupo secundario, con obtención de una mezcla que contiene 6- aminocapronitrilo, hexametilendiamina, adipodinitrilo y compuestos de alto punto de ebullición, b)separación mediante destilación de hexametilendiamina de la mezcla que contiene 6-aminocapronitrilo, hexametilendiamina, adipodinitrilo y compuestos de alto punto de ebullición, y bien c1) separación mediante destilación de 6- aminocapronitrilo, y a continuación d1) separación mediante destilación de adipodinitrilo, o c2) separación simultánea mediante destilación de 6- aminocapronitrilo y adipodinitrilo en fracciones separadas, caracterizado porque en las etapasd1) o c2) las temperaturas de la base están por debajo de 185 ºC.
