DICHO PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN: PONER EN CONTACTO LA SOLUCION ALIMENTADA CON UN INTERCAMBIADOR DE ANIONES PRACTICAMENTE INMISCIBLE, PARA FORMAR UNA FASE PRACTICAMENTE INMISCIBLE EN AGUA, QUE COMPRENDE UN ADUCTO DE ACIDO LACTICO Y UN INTERCAMBIADOR DE ANIONES; EFECTUAR UNA REACCION DE CONDENSACION EN LA FASE PRACTICAMENTE INMISCIBLE EN AGUA, ENTRE UNA FRACCION CARBOXILICA DEL ADUCTO DE ACIDO LACTICO Y UNA FRACCION SELECCIONADA ENTRE UNA FRACCION HIDROXILICA Y UNA FRACCION DE AMINA PRIMARIA O SECUNDARIA, PARA FORMAR RESPECTIVAMENTE UN ESTER DE ACIDO LACTICO O UN PRODUCTO DE AMINA; Y SEPARAR EL PRODUCTO DE ACIDO LACTICO FORMADO A PARTIR DEL INTERCAMBIADOR DE ANIONES.
