Abstract

Procedimiento para la producción de formas farmacéuticas sólidas de dosificación a través de la mezcla de 10 a 99,9 % en peso, con respecto al peso total de la forma de dosificación, de al menos un aglutinante polímero, de 0,1 a 90 % en peso de al menos una substancia activa farmacéutica y, dado el caso, aditivos usuales, bajo la formación de una mezcla plástica y conformación, caracterizado porque como aglutinante polímero se emplea un copolímero de una N-vinillactama de la fórmula I: en la que n representa 1, 2 ó 3, y de 1 a 30 % mol de un monómero, copolimerizable con la N-vinillactama, con un resto hidrófobo, que está seleccionado entre un compuesto de la fórmula II: R1OCH2 == CCXR3 (II), en la que R1 representa un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo metilo; X representa O, NH o NR2, R2 representa alquilo de C1-C30, y R3 representa alquilo C8-C30, cicloalquilo de C8-C30, o alquenilo de C8-C30, o un éster vinílico de un ácido carboxílico alifático de C8-C30, o una mezcla de ellos.
