Abstract

La invención se refiere a procedimientos y a composiciones de proteínas UNC-5 de vertebrados, que funciona como proteínas receptoras de las netrinas, una familia de proteínas de regulación celular. Estas proteínas pueden ser producidas por recombinación a partir de células huésped transformadas a partir de dicha UNC-5 que codifica un ácido nucléico, o purificadas a partir de células humanas. La invención se refiere también a sondas y a cebos de hibridación, capaces de hibridarse específicamente con el gen unc-5 de vertebrados de la presente invención. La invención se refiere finalmente a agentes de enlace específicos de la UNC-5 de vertebrados como anticuerpos específicos, aí como a procedimientos de fabricación y de utilización de dichas composiciones en el diagnóstico, la terapia y la industria biofarmacéutica.
