Abstract

LA PRESENTE INVENCION TRATA DE UN ROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA INACTIVACION DE LA CARBOXIPEPTIDASA Y EN UN CALDO DE CULTIVO QUE CONTIENE HIRUDINA. ESTE CALDO DE CULTIVO SE HA OBTENIDO POR FERMENTACION DE UNA LEVADURA TRANSFORMADA. EL PROCEDIMIENTO SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE EL CALDO DE CULTIVO SE CALIENTA HACIENDOLE PASAR POR UN APARATO TUBULAR, QUE TIENE UNA ZONA DE CALENTAMIENO, OTRA ZONA DE PERMANENCIA Y OTRA ZONA DE ENFRIAMENTO. ESTE CALENTAMIENTO ES CONTINUO A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 80 A 100 C, PREFERIBLEMENTE DE 85 A 95 C, ESPECIALMENTE A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 85 C.
