Abstract

Un procedimiento para producir un compuesto de la fórmula: **(Fórmula)** que comprende: I. (1) separar los atropisómeros de: **(Fórmula)** por HPLC para obtener los atropisómeros **(Fórmula)** (2) calentar el atropisómero de fórmula 2.0B a una temperatura de 100 a 200°C en un disolvente seleccionado entre dimetilformamida, tolueno o 1, 2-diclorobenceno para obtener una mezcla de atropisómeros de fórmulas 2.0A y 2.0B; (3) separar los atropisómeros de fórmulas 2.0A y 2.0B de la etapa (2) por HPLC; y (4) reducir el atropisómero de fórmula 2.0A para obtener un compuesto de fórmula 1.0; o II. (1) separar los atropisómeros de **(Fórmula)** por HPLC para obtener los atropisómeros **(Fórmula)** (2) reducir el atropisómero de fórmula 2.0A para obtener un compuesto de fórmula 1.0; (3) calentar el atropisómero de fórmula 2.0B a una temperatura de 100 a 200°C en un disolvente seleccionado entre dimetilformamida, tolueno o 1, 2-diclorobenceno para obtener una mezcla de atropisómeros de fórmulas 2.0A y 2.0B; (4) separar los atropisómeros de fórmulas 2.0A y 2.0B de la etapa (3) por HPLC; y (5) reducir el atropisómero de fórmula 2.0A para obtener un compuesto de fórmula 1.0; en la que R1, R2 y R3 se seleccionan independientemente de halógeno, alquilo C1 a C6 u -OR4 en la que R4 es un alquilo C1 a C6.
