Abstract

Distribuidor para el depósito de productos moldeados dentro de contenedores que tienen la misma forma y el mismo tamaño, o que tienen una forma y un tamaño diferentes, que puede ser utilizado en operaciones de ciclo continuo, y en particular en operaciones de embutición con inyección o soplado de material plástico, incluyendo el distribuidor un dispositivo intermedio que está adaptado para ser colocado debajo de una abertura fija (2) para descargar los productos, y encima de una zona ocupada por dichos contenedores (3), y para distribuir dichos productos continuamente, de un modo predeterminado sobre toda la superficie ocupada por dichos contenedores, estando dispuestos dichos contenedores debajo del dispositivo intermedio de modo aleatorio o predeterminado, caracterizándose el distribuidor por el hecho de que dicho dispositivo intermedio está constituido por un carro móvil (5) montado sobre un chasis de soporte (9), pudiendo desplazarse dicho carro hasta cada punto de un plano horizontal según dos direcciones perpendiculares de modo que coopere y cubra con su desplazamiento toda la superficie ocupada por los contenedores que están posicionados debajo de dicho carro, y estando montada una cinta de transporte (6) encima de dicho carro móvil (5), y estando adaptada para estar posicionada debajo de dicha abertura fija (2), dicha cinta de transporte (6) es apta para desplazarse hacia delante en dos direcciones opuestas, de modo que los productos depositados encima de dicha cinta de transporte caigan alternativamente en un lado o en el lado opuesto y llenen los contenedores que están dispuestos respectivamente en un lado o en el lado opuesto con respecto a la posición de dicha abertura de descarga (2), de modo que la longitud de desplazamiento de dicho carro en la dirección de dicha cinta de transporte (6) corresponda a la mitad de la longitud de la zona ocupada por los contenedores.
