SE TRATA DE UN SISTEMA ELECTRONICO DE FRENADO PARA UN VEHICULO, CARACTERIZADO PORQUE EL CONTROL DE LOS FRENOS DEL VEHICULO SE CONSIGUE POR EL USO DE SEÑALES ELECTRONICAS DE CONTROL GENERADAS EN EL PEDAL DEL FRENO, EN RESPUESTA A LA DEMANDA DE FRENADA DEL CONDUCTOR, Y POR UN CONTROLADOR ELECTRONICO ADAPTADO PARA CONTROLAR EL SUMINISTRO DE FLUIDO A PRESION, DESDE UNA FUENTE DE POTENCIA A LOS FRENOS, DE ACUERDO CON LAS CITADAS SEÑALES ELECTRONICAS CORRESPONDIENTES A LA DEMANDA DEL CONDUCTOR, ESTANDO EL SISTEMA ADAPTADO PARA ELEVAR LA PRESION DEL FRENO A UN PRIMER NIVEL PREDETERMINADO (IMPULSION), A UN NIVEL PRESCRITO DE DESPLAZAMIENTO INICIAL DEL PEDAL DE FRENO, Y SOLTAR LA PRESION DEL FRENO (IMPULSION INVERTIDA) A UN SEGUNDO NIVEL PREDETERMINADO, QUE ES INFERIOR AL DE IMPULSION.
