Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento que desemboca en l elaboración de compuestos representados por la fórmula general (I) en la que R átomo de hidrógeno, o grupo C{sub,1-6}, C{sub,7-12}aralquilo, o fenilo. a) Este procedimiento se caracteriza porque el compuesto representado por la fórmula específica (III) se hace reaccionar con un componente representado por la fórmula específica (IV) donde X es un grupo halógeno, C{sub,1-5} alcoxi o hidroxilo, siendo el compuesto resultante representado por la fórmula específica (II) transformado, en presencia de un agente de oxidación en un medio de reacción de un pH superior a 7, en un compuesto, en su caso, el compuesto representado por la fórmula general (I). B) De otro modo, el procedimiento puede también caracterizarse porque el compuesto representado por la fórmula específica (II) se hace reaccionar con un anhidro representado por la fórmula general (V), transformándose el compuesto resultante representado por la fórmula específica(II), en presencia de un agente de oxidación en un medio de reacción de un pH superior a 7, en un compuesto, en su caso, el compuesto representado por la fórmula general (I). De otro modo, finalmente, el procedimiento también puede caracterizarse porque un compuesto representado por la fórmula específica (II) se transforma, en presencia de un agente de oxidación, en un medio de reacción de un pH superior a 7, en un compuesto, en su caso, el compuesto representado por la fórmula general (I).Además, si se desea los compuestos resultantes representados por la fórmula general (I) son transformados en sales de adición de ácidos, pudiendo los compuestos representados por la fórmula general (I) también liberarse de sus sales de adición de ácidos. El procedimiento de la invención permite la elaboración de intermedios que convienen a la síntesis de antagonistas de la angiotensina II.
